Do you assemble the bed upon delivery?

Yes. We don’t drop off the bed and leave you to your own devices. We make sure that the bed has been set up in the room of your choice. At no additional cost.

How do I know the size of bed and what mattress to buy?

Our beds are standard size and you can find mattresses in all supermarkets, mattress stores etc. They’re in the following sizes 3feet x 6feet, 3.5feet by 6 feet, 4feet x 6feet, 5feet x 6feet, 6feet x 6feet. All our products have their respective sizes indicated on them.

A 3feet x 6feet bed is suitable for kids and children below 14 years. 3.5 x 6 beds are suitable for kids above 14 years and adults below 22 years. 4 x 6 beds are the most common size and are suitable for singles. 5 x 6 and 6 x 6 beds are suitable for couples and serve well to be in master bedrooms.

What makes you different from your competitors?

Choosing to focus solely on bedroom furniture was the first step we took in the path less travelled. This allowed us to focus on one area of expertise and thus offer a wide variety of bedroom furniture for our customers.

We are also local, meaning we don’t import our furniture products from overseas. This has a huge impact on the price of our products as we are able to offer quality and lasting products which are not out of reach for our customers.

How long have you been in business?

We have been making household furniture since 2014 but chose to focus on bedroom furniture from 2016. We hope to be the go-to online store for all bedroom furniture and accessories.

To where do you deliver?

We deliver our bedroom furniture pieces countrywide. Delivery in Nairobi and its environs are free and are done within the same day if the items are in stock. Deliveries out of Nairobi are done using courier services and take between 5 – 10 days.

Our beds are delivered from South B, Nairobi

Do you offer refunds for a change of mind? How long do customers have to contact you

We only do refunds for orders that are yet to be processed. This is usually within 8hours of placing the order.

Do you offer trade-in or purchase old furniture

We do not purchase old furniture pieces since we do not resell already used pieces. We also do not offer trade-in as a payment option.

We accept MPESA payments via our Till Number. To pay via MPESA, follow these instructions:

2. CASH ON DELIVERY

We also accept Cash on Delivery as a payment option. Pay with cash once your order has been delivered.

How long will it take me to get my order

You will receive your order within the same day of ordering if the items purchased are available in stock and the order is made within the hours 7 a.m – 4 p.m. If the order is placed out of the indicated hours, your delivery will be done in the following working day.

For orders whose items are out of stock, you will receive a call from our customer care and be advised on when your order will be ready. Depending on the product ordered, you should receive your order within 3-8 days.
